Exclusive office spaces that are setting international standards.
The Opera Tower graces the skyline right next to the Alte Oper concert hall, where the economy and culture of Frankfurt meet. The 170 m tall Opera Tower houses exclusive office spaces that boast the best functional quality and a high level of efficiency. The space open to the public offers plenty of room for high-end shops and a wide variety of restaurants.
The Opera Tower, which is one of the first newly constructed office high-rise buildings in Europe, was awarded LEED Gold certification for its sustainable, resource-conserving and environmental friendly construction. And, in 2010, it was nominated for the International Highrise Award. The LSC lift shaft smoke extraction system in the 23 lift shafts cuts costs and ensures safety.
The 42-floor office building, designed by Frankfurt-born architect Professor Christoph Mäckler, opened in late 2009. The D+H solution for lift shaft smoke extraction: 23 All In One systems (AIO).
